摘要:本试验以巴西蕉试管苗为材料,分别选用椰糠、木屑、米糠、麦麸、河沙五种廉价试剂替代卡拉胶作巴西蕉增殖培养基的凝固剂,观察其对组培苗生长的影响。试验结果表明:除河沙外,椰糠、木屑、米糠、麦麸这四种基质四种皆不适宜替代卡拉胶作培养基凝固剂生产巴西蕉试管苗。

First exploration for searching more low-cost coagulant to replace carrageenan in Baxi banana’s rapid propagation in vitro

Abstract:The objective of this research is to test whether those five materials(coir dust、sawdust、rice bran、wheat bran、river sand) can replace carrageenan as more low-cost coagulant in Baxi bananna’s tissue culture. Analysis of the samples indicates that only the river sand can replace the carrageenan.
